Essentially, a Legal Plan is an arrangement where in exchange for a nominal annual fee, an individual client (the plan member) can receive certain preventative legal services at no additional cost. The basic services may include telephone advice (via a toll free number), brief office consultations, a simple legal document review, a letter written by the attorney, or other service that is not overly time-consuming.
If the client wants or needs services beyond the basic preventative types of services, then the legal plan can provide easy access to an attorney who will provide a free initial consultation to discuss your matter. If you choose to have plan attorney represent you, he or she will provide you with a discount of 25% off of normal fixed or hourly fees. A Legal Plan such as AmeriEstate also provides specialization in delivering affordable, high quality estate planning services to its clients.
